Reporting Concerns

Safe2Say South Dakota

  • The South Dakota Department of Public Safety, Office of Homeland Security, launched Safe2Say South Dakota in October, 2022.. Safe2Say South Dakota is a statewide reporting platform that allows South Dakota students, school staff, and community members to safely and anonymously report sensitive information that concerns their safety, or the safety of others, including mental health concerns.
  • Our goal is to create a climate where students feel comfortable sharing sensitive information about a potentially dangerous or threatening situation, with a focus on early intervention and prevention. When you see something, say something, with an anonymous report that can bring much-needed help, any time, any day.
